warm smiles helpful attitude cute feeling attentive service
the customer service impressed me from arrival. the staff greeted everyone with warm smiles. they maintained a helpful attitude throughout the stay, and it. i appreciate their service and would be delighted to come back!
finding my way around the large complex was difficult because of poor signage.

sea view friendly staff swim-up bar
the room with balcony overlooking the sea and pool was very nice. the cleaning staff were good and friendly. i liked that the royal beach hotel with its swim-up bar was easily walkable.
It's a bit far from the city. Getting a ride can be tricky.
